She's got a new cookbook with expensive recipes and a new movie coming out this week (Iron Man 3), and to top it all off Gwyneth Paltrow was just named People magazine's "World's Most Beautiful Woman."
The actress, 40, is on the list for just the fourth time since it's inception, landing the top spot for the first time.
"I'm more in proportion now than I was when I was 20, so I feel better in a bathing suit now than I did before I had kids," she tells People about her confidence."One of the most beautiful things about growing up is this self-acceptance that starts to happen."
She also works really hard at keeping in shape and looking good. "I have to work out Monday through Friday for almost two hours every day, and it's a nightmare. Sometimes I cry, like, 'I can't do this anymore! I'm so sick of it!'"
Gwyneth's new cookbook, "It's All Good," has recently come under fire for including recipes with expensive ingredients (at least to one critic who seems to think using a pinch of sea salt means factoring the entire $10 box of it into the cost of a meal). But cookbook aside, her personal diet sounds pretty normal.
Prior to breakfast she starts her day with a cup of coffee, something no diet will ever get her to stop.
"Coffee with cream, which I cannot give up no matter what," she says. "Then for breakfast, I make a smoothie with a lot of protein and good fats in it. I graze a lot during the day; I'll have a handful of nuts or an avocado. For lunch, I'll have something light like a salad with grilled chicken. And then for dinner, I eat whatever I want."
Sounds like "It's All Good" for the actress right now, despite topping a recent 'most hated celebrity' poll.
