Organizers of tonight's Grammy Awards are planning a tribute to devastated New Orleans by inviting locals Allen Toussaint and Dr. John to jam with Elvis Costello and Bruce Springsteen. Bonnie Raitt, U2's The Edge and soul legend Sam Moore will complete the one-off supergroup, which will perform at the ceremony in Los Angeles.

Recording Academy president Neil Portnow says, "The ceremony wouldn't be complete if we didn't take this unique opportunity to pay homage to a region with such rich musical history and culture."
