George Harrison Tribute Gigs Planned
A pair of free concerts will be held in the Beatles' native city of Liverpool, England to mark 10 years since the death of guitarist George Harrison.
The musician died of lung cancer on November 29, 2001 and the two gigs will take place on the upcoming anniversary of his death.
They will be held at Liverpool's St George's Hall and The Cavern Club on November 29.
Acts including Brute Force and The Radha Krishna Temple, who were signed by Harrison to the Beatles' Apple Corps label, will perform alongside artists such as The Mersey Beatles, Singh Strings and the Dovedale School Choir.
