She and Spencer Pratt have walked down the aisle for real - marrying in a ceremony in Pasadena, California.

The couple staged a bogus ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in November, but have now officially wed at the Westminster Presbyterian Church on Saturday.

After the ceremony the couple's guests, including Pete Wentz, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, and singer Michael Buble, enjoyed a lavish reception at Los Angeles' Beverly Wilshire Hotel. And a spokesperson for the pair, who allowed the ceremony to be filmed for an episode of The Hills, confirmed the wedding was genuine.

The rep says, "She and Spencer Pratt joined hands in marriage. Dr. Twining F. Campbell served as pastor in front of 200 family and friends."

While Pratt's sister, Stephanie, one of her bridesmaids, adds, "It was amazing. Heidi looked amazing. She was wearing a million dollars worth of diamonds over a strapless Monique Lhuillier dress. I was up there, and her back was towards me, so I don't know if she was crying. Everything worked out great."

Playboy boss Hugh Hefner has confirmed reports she is to bare all for the men's magazine. She who wed longtime boyfriend and reality TV co-star Spencer Pratt last week, has let it slip she's in talks to pose naked in the popular publication - and bank $500,000.

Asked if the reports are true, Hefner told HollyScoop.com, "I think she is going to be (in Playboy)."

She claims she's doing the nude spread as a wedding gift to Pratt.

She was hospitalized on Saturday after taking part in a grueling trial on the set of reality show I'm a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here!

She joined the jungle show in Costa Rica with her husband Spencer Pratt, but the newlyweds walked off after just one episode.

They later returned to the celebrity survivor competition and were forced to spend time in a darkened room living off water, rice and beans as 'punishment' for their early exit.

But the stunt is said to have left her sick and vomiting. She was admitted to hospital and diagnosed with a gastric ulcer, according to TMZ.com.

Spencer's sister, Stephanie, confirmed the news on her Twitter, telling followers, "(She was) rushed to the hospital and has an IV in her arm after being locked in a dark room for 3 days with no food or water. Pls pray she will be OK! Her family is flying out to see her in the hospital."

She has since been released from hospital.

She withdrew from I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here doesn't mean she's out of work. People reports that she has finished a nude photo shoot for the September issue.

Kim Kardashian encouraged "I'm a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here!" dropout her to pose for Playboy magazine, according to MTV News.

"I think that now's the time," Kim told MTV. "I think it's a very classy magazine. It's artsy. I talked her through the whole process and helped her make up her mind."

According to her husband Spencer, the photos are "hypothetically" set to hit newsstands in August. He also approved of the spread.
