She has opened the doors to her Hollywood home to reveal naked photos of herself, her extensive collection of dolls, and the gym she turned into a massive shoe closet.
She moved into her new place 18 months ago and set about turning the "boring" and "stuffy" family home into a dream house.
And she agreed to act as tour guide when she invited "Access Hollywood" cameras into the private space before she jetted off to film her new reality show in Dubai.
She showed off the Marilyn Monroe portraits that hang over her four-poster bed and shocked with candid poster-sized photos of the heiress naked, hugging a toy cat and sitting in a Hummer (vehicle) with her pet Chihuahua Tinkerbell poking out between her legs.
She chuckled, "That's me in a Hummer with Tinkerbell, in the buff."

Her family is delighted she split from Doug Reinhardt, insisting The Hills star was "riding on her coat-tails."
She ended her six-month romance with baseball player Reinhardt earlier this month and has since been linked to soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo. And her relatives were ecstatic when they heard about the break-up - because they were suspicious of Reinhardt's motives for dating Hilton.
Her aunt, Kyle Richards, tells E! Online, "The stories out there about our family not approving of their relationship are completely true. Doug was riding her coat-tails. The break-up affected me in a good way. It's definitely time for her to move on."
And her mom Kathy wholeheartedly supports her daughter's decision to ditch Reinhardt: "I think Paris needs to be with someone who is a bit more mature, older and has their own thing."

She was left feeling violated after her security personnel found hidden recording equipment during a routine check of her Dubai hotel room.
She is in the Arab nation to launch her latest reality show Paris Hilton's My New BFF - Dubai.
However her trip turned sour after her bodyguards discovered she could have been filmed throughout her stay at an exclusive Dubai resort when they stumbled across a secret video transmitter.
A source tells Britain's Daily Express newspaper, "It was some sort of transmitter by all accounts. We're not sure what the device picked up or whom it was transmitting to. But it did leave Paris very jittery. Everyone she has come into contact with during her stay in Dubai has been gracious. We've been told there are some quarters where there is anti-American feeling."
Her security has been increased and hotel staff are investigating how the device came to be in her room."

She has taken to the Internet to deny her hotel room was bugged with a secret camera during her trip to Dubai.
According to Britain's Daily Express newspaper, the socialite was left shaken after her security team stumbled across a recording transmitter hidden in her exclusive Dubai suite.
The publication claimed she - who is in the United Arab Emirates promoting her new reality show My New BFF - Dubai - had increased her security following the discovery.
However she is astounded by the reports - and has used her Twitter.com page to tell fans the rumors are "dumb."
She writes, "Another rumor to clear up - my hotel room is not bugged with listening devices and hidden cameras, another LIE created by the media. Dumb."

 She is mourning the death of a young woman who competed on her U.K. TV series Paris Hilton's British Best Friend. Kat McKenzie, the runner-up in the 2009 reality contest, died suddenly on Friday. The cause of death is as yet unknown. She told reporters she was "deeply saddened" by McKenzie's passing, insisting: "She will be missed." She promised McKenzie, an ex-pole dancer, they would always remain close friends on the TV program earlier this year. |
