If I had one day with no rules I would spend the day at the U.N. and make some very real changes. If I had one day with no rules I would also make it not okay to have people working off the clock... for free in other words. If I had one day with no rules I would change religion into something you do at home and leave out of the modern day-to-day. If I had one day with no rules all representatives would be held accountable...
If I had one day with no rules I would make every Wednesday a moment of Zen/Chán...
And if you truly mean only I can have the day off with no rules then I would still take the path of Enlightenment and throw in some hopscotch and jumprope while I am at it!

 ..well,it would depend on the behaviour of other people in that day.. i would judge whether it was first of all safe to have my family free ly going about their daily lifes... if i saw even one gun or offensive weapon about,i would gather the family young or elderly together like a border collie,and then,make my way to a quite place to hide throughout the heather and hills...i would then borrow balmoral castle for the day,looking after everything as i do this,but there would be plenty to talk about... i would then,enjoy all my family together... however,if it was safe,i would have a little peep into 10 downing street,buckingham palace,balmoral castle,take a plane to see inside the whitehouse other places and in all the private places we are not allowed to go in,i would NOT distroy anything,however,i would leave a little note ,and flowers with heather through them to say i had been,and would leave the place intact...it would be just interesting,ofcourse,with free plane travel,(i'm a scot you see)i would pack all the family in the plane too,if there was somewhere else we had time to see. i just love history.... ..lots of things to do for other people if it was more than a day...i would help them next...
