@ Cobralicious...you can try a weak boric acid soution....I am not sure the concentration for eyes but younshould be able to find it in most drugstores. Also, I have heard the warm, still wet (not drippy though) tea bags over closed eyes as a compress can help with irritation.
Just a few suggestion....take care.
