 She is fighting to play a werewolf in the third Twilight film. Reports have suggested her auditioned for a role in sequel New Moon - but screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, who is adapting Stephenie Meyers' vampire romance novels into films, has confirmed she has her sights set on a meaty character in the third film. She explains, "I had heard she was going up for the part of Leah. At the moment, the part of Leah doesn't happen until the third movie." Leah Clearwater is a lead werewolf in Meyers' third Twilight novel. |

She tells the new issue of Self magazine, "I have really strong legs. I inherited them from my dad, who has tree stumps for legs. I've got big calves that look good. She has settled a multi-million dollar lawsuit with a former producer who sued the her for breach of contract. Johnny Vieira filed a $5 million lawsuit in Los Angeles in August, alleging he and her entered into a production agreement to launch the teenager's career and "share equally" in her potential success. Vieira claims she then failed to honor the contract after she shot to fame in the hit Disney film in 2006. But the case was dropped on Friday just days before it was due to go to trial, with her legal team announcing the suit had been settled amicably. Her lawyer tells TMZ.com, "My client appreciates Mr Vieira's efforts early in her recording career. We're glad to be able to resolve the issues in a mutually agreeable fashion." No details of the settlement were revealed as WENN went to press. |

She refuses to write in a no-nudity clause in her acting contracts - because she would consider stripping off onscreen as long as the film "calls" for it. She reveals she has no qualms about shaking off her squeaky clean reputation for good and getting naked for a movie role - but it will be a few years yet before her male fans can expect any titillation. She tells Eonline.com, "I will show nudity in a film when the time is right. Right now, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it, but if it's an amazing movie that I'm really passionate about and that's what it calls for, then we'll see." She gave the world a sneak peek of what to expect when she hit the headlines in 2007 after nude photos of the actress leaked online. She is set to send temperatures soaring again - as a foul-mouthed prostitute. She hit the headlines when candid snapshots she posed for leaked onto the internet - and now she's stripping off again in new movie Sucker Punch. She says, "I'm playing a character named Blondie and its set in a brothel in the 1950s, so there's not a whole lot of clothes." However, the film is also she' first action role and she can't wait to start training: "It'll be gun training, stunts, fighting and all that craziness. I can't wait. I'm so excited. I've wanted to do an action film for a while. I think this is my time to really step it up and get to grow up. It will be somewhat different with the content and a few more foul words but that's the biggest difference." |

She first started dating Efron while filming the High School Musical franchise, which catapulted the pair into the big time.
