"I'm not the easiest person to live with. I'm kind of a slob. So for me to consider a roommate, it would have to be one of my sisters or something.
Katie Holmes"

May not be a blood sister, but a sister nonetheless, LMFAO!

"I'm so spoiled - I must have a Starbucks vanilla latte every day. Otherwise, it's going to be a bad day. I also love Jelly Bellies. But that's bad. Don't tell my mom.

She has taken steps to repair her relationship with her father Martin - by inviting him to visit her in Germany. Holmes' dad, along with her mom Kathleen and brother, Martin Jr. visited the 28-year-old in Berlin earlier this month, where husband Tom Cruise is filming Valkyrie.

A devout Catholic, Martin was reportedly upset when Holmes fell pregnant with Cruise's child - as well as with his daughter's conversion to controversial religion Scientology.

A family friend tells British magazine Star, "Marty came back raving about how she was so happy. He was delighted to connect with his family. He's never been more enthusiastic about spending time with Tom and Katie."

She's kinda nice...I liked some of her movies and my fav were "Teaching Ms Tingle" and "Wonderboys" and of course I really loved her "Dawson's creek" part...It would be nice if she did something new anyway I think I have not seen her in a movie for quite awhile...

She wowed runners at the New York Marathon on Sunday when she joined them enroute, unannounced. Wearing the number F127, a baseball cap, purple vest and black leggings, the star looked like any other runner on the 26.2 mile race route.

But her anonymity ended when proud husband Tom Cruise - holding the couple's daughter Suri in his arms - insisted on a kiss as Holmes hit the final stretch of the marathon in Central Park. The actress completed the marathon with a final time of five hours, 29 minutes and 58 seconds.

Looking as fresh as she did when she started the marathon and she was overheard giggling, "Here I am baby, signed, sealed, delivered, I'm yours," as she ran into her husband's arms at the finish line.

Proud Cruise revealed, "She's very inspired. She trained for three months."

She wasn't the only celebrity taking part in the 2007 New York Marathon - former cyclist Lance Armstrong had a second trip to the big race, and beat his 2006 time by four minutes. He came in with a time of two hours, 46 minutes and 42 seconds - just under 40 minutes after Kenyan Martin Lel, who won the men's race.

She and Tom Cruise are looking forward to a blow-out Christmas of great food, because the actress and her mom are such gifted cooks. The Cruise and her families will spend the holidays in Telluride, Colorado - and the Batman Begins star can't wait to unzip her trousers and start eating.

She who turned 29 on December 18, tells Parade magazine, "We have big dinners and laugh. We love cooking. My mom's stuffing is my favorite. I'm a huge fan of pie, especially pecan. I will probably cook some garlic mashed potatoes and maybe a cheesecake. We always make a lot of sugar cookies with decorating and sprinkles... Tom has shown me the greatness of extra chocolate chips. Tom's really good in the kitchen. He makes great pasta carbonara and lemon pasta."

She insists no gift she gets this year will be better than her daughter Suri: "Last year was Suri's first Christmas. It was so spectacular to share the holidays with her. It really meant the world to me. To be able to create a tradition for your children is one of the best gifts you can have."

She has denied reports she is planning to take part in the Boston, Massachusetts marathon.

The Hollywood star was rumored to have registered for the 26.2 mile race, which takes place in April, following her successful run in the New York City marathon in November. She completed that race in five hours and 30 minutes.

However her publicist insists the claims are false, simply telling People.com, "Not true!"
