 She has warned gossips not to expect a showbiz meltdown from her, because she is too boring. While Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have turned their fame into infamy with legal troubles and rehab and prison spells this past year she is planning to be a good girl. She says, "You can't schedule a rehab for me. And I don't think you can schedule any DUIs (driving under the influence charges). I think I'm going to be one of those boring girls." Not that boring she is waiting to hear if she faces arrest in Japan after taking part in a surfing protest to try and stop fishermen from bludgeoning dolphins. She admits to having used her fame for it because if she wasn't famous, nobody woyld have paid her effort any attention. Hat off to her. |

She will be honored for drawing international attention to whale-hunting at the upcoming Humane Society Of The United States' Genesis Awards. The 18-year-old will collect The Wyler Award for her efforts joining protesters off the Japanese coast late last year in a bid to prevent fishermen from bludgeoning sea-life. She was caught on camera sobbing about the deaths of whales she had desperately tried to save, while defending herself from angry fishermen's harpoons. The 22nd Genesis Awards take place at the Beverly Hilton hotel in California on March 29. |

Her father Alan has reportedly been arrested over claims he assaulted his wife. Fire department lieutenant was arrested on a felony count of domestic violence in the early hours of Monday morning. He is accused of striking the actress' mother, former soap star Lesley, according to TMZ.com. The incident reportedly occurred following a fight at a Los Angeles restaurant earlier in the evening. The website also reports that he is currently being held on $50,000 bail. |

Her father Alan's domestic violence arrest was sparked after a long night of drinking, according to new reports. Fire department lieutenant was detained on a felony count of spousal battery in the early hours of Monday morning, following claims he assaulted his wife, former soap star Lesley. He allegedly struck the actress' mother at least twice with a fist across her left cheek, causing noticeable bruising, according to TMZ.com. A source tells the website that Alan was "clearly" under the influence of alcohol, adding he allegedly told police upon their arrival at the scene: "I'm Alan. Yeah, I just got into an argument with my drunk wife." The incident reportedly occurred following a fight at actress Eva Longoria's Los Angeles restaurant Beso on Sunday evening, prompting Lesley to phone police. The pair was reportedly enjoying dinner and cocktails with their daughter her, her younger brother Jansen and Clint Eastwood's son Scott Reeves before they headed home. The website also reports that he is currently being held on $50,000 bail. |

 Her father Alan has been released on $50,000 bail after being arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife. Alan Panettiere was arrested after the alleged incident in West Hollywood, California on Monday morning and was released from custody the same afternoon. He was held for 10 hours in Los Angeles County sheriff's custody and was charged with felony domestic violence following the fight with wife Lesley. A witness tells People.com, "When they were both about to leave, they had a heated argument outside the restaurant. They were doing a good amount of yelling." However Panettiere has played down the incident, telling website TMZ.com that it "was blown out of proportion." |

She's a very smart girl....I'm glad she's not into the party scene....We won't have to hear about her day after day,like we do Lindsay & britney & paris (shall i go on)....Very talented actress & she sings....She was 3yrs. old when I first saw her as Sarah Roberts On One Life To Live....Raising Helen Was good,also...& many more!
