She is keen to become Hollywood's tattooed woman - by covering her right arm with ink.

She already has eight tattoos, including one of Marilyn Monroe's face, which she had done after completing the first Transformers film.

And now she's hoping to add to the design on her arm - and become one of the most unpopular stars among makeup artists.

She says, "I'm going to sleeve my right arm. I'm not sure what I'm going to get, but it'll be a big piece of artwork from my shoulder to my elbow. You know, Ewan McGregor has (tattoo) sleeves. People don't even know. It's an extra 30 minutes in the makeup chair. So what?"

She is particularly proud of her tattooed Monroe tribute - because she has dreamed of the design since she was a kid: "I committed to having her face on my arm for the rest of my life, so I have to be a pretty big fan."

Now, what is she turning into? She should try to make herself marketable and not tatooable .

She has taken a swipe at fellow sex symbol Scarlett Johansson, accusing her of showing off about her high IQ.

She resents the assumption that sexy stars are unintelligent - but she insists she shouldn't have to prove to anyone how smart she really is.

She tells American magazine Esquire, "I don't want to have to be like a Scarlett Johansson, who who I have nothing against. But I don't want to have to go on talk shows and pull out every single SAT word I've ever learned, to prove, like, 'Take me seriously, I am intelligent, I can speak.' I don't want to have to do that. I resent having to prove that I'm not a retard."

She is attracted to women as well as men - but would never consider dating another bisexual female because she wouldn't want a male's "dirty" leftovers.

She who has an on/off relationship with former Beverly Hills 90210 actor Brian Austin Green - admits she is drawn to sexy women but would only sleep with a lesbian.

She tells Esquire magazine, "I have no question in my mind about being bisexual. But I'm also a hypocrite: I would never date a girl who was bisexual, because that means they also sleep with men, and men are so dirty that I'd never want to sleep with a girl who had slept with a man."

She has lashed out at Hollywood executives who reject her for movie roles because she is "too beautiful."

She admits she is desperate to be taken seriously as an actress, but is convinced her looks are hampering her efforts to land juicy parts.

And she accuses movie moguls of hypocrisy for creating a film industry based on beauty and then using it as an excuse for rejection on the audition circuit. She says, "It pisses me off when people f--king complain that I'm too beautiful to get a part. That's bulls--t.

"You wouldn't be working if you weren't attractive. Hollywood is the most superficial thing you could possibly be a part of. And if I weren't attractive I wouldn't be working at all."

Every time I get a tattoo, it's a little 'f--- you' to anyone who tells me not to." She is adding an eighth piece of body art to her growing collection.

She hates filming sex scenes - because it makes her feel like a "prostitute."

She plays Shia LaBeouf's love interest in action movie Transformers .

However she is not eager on shooting intimate scenes with co-stars - because she doesn't like the idea of people paying to watch her feign attraction the big screen.

She tells Britain's GQ magazine, "When you think about it, we actors are kind of prostitutes. We get paid to feign attraction and love. Other people are paying to watch us kissing someone, touching someone, doing things people in a normal monogamous relationship would never do with anyone who's not their partner. It's really kind of gross."

She has called for the U.S. government to legalize marijuana - insisting she would be the "first person in line to buy a pack of joints."

She admits she enjoys smoking the illegal drug and would be happy to see the laws changed to allow it to be sold legally in America. And she slams U.S. politicians for not taking action sooner, calling their war on drugs "all propaganda."

She tells Britain's GQ magazine, "I can't tell you how much bulls#*t I've been through because I will openly say that I smoke weed. People look at it like it's this crazy, hippy, f*&ked-up thing to do. And it's not. I hope they legalize it. And when they do, I'll be the first person in line to buy my pack of joints."

She has blown apart Hollywood's casting couch culture - insisting several leading film directors have tried to bed her since she found fame.

She has attended a number meetings with top moviemakers to discuss potential roles. But she was shocked when they made moves on her during the interviews - and immediately turned them down.

She who refuses to name names, tells Britain's GQ magazine, "Any casting couch s**t I've experienced has been since I've become famous. It's really so heartbreaking. Some of these people! Like Hollywood legends. You think you're going to meet them and you're so excited, like, 'I can't believe this person wants to have a conversation with me,' and you get there and you realize that's not what they want, at all. It's happened a lot this year actually."

And she also has a way of dealing with male co-stars who flirt with her - she delivers a damaging blow to their ego in front of the entire crew.

She says, "There are some guys, talking about actors who have been in the business for a while, who are very egocentric and have been able to sleep with a lot of girls for whatever reason, and because they don't know me they think I'm going to be this little cupcake, this Marilyn Monroe type who's going to bat my eyes and be like a receptacle for them."

"I just shut them down immediately, right in front of people. It's been so long since someone has told them no, they don't really know how to deal with it. Because of this non-reality they live in, they're f**ked up, psychologically."

She is battling her protective mother her plans to add to her tattoo collection.

She has eight etchings on her body and reportedly wants to cover her entire right arm with a tattoo "sleeve." But her mom Darlene is begging her to reconsider - fearing the body art will put off movie bosses and jeopardize her career.

A source tells the National Enquirer, "She has never understood why her daughter would want to cover her gorgeous body with tattoos. After each new tattoo, Darlene pleaded with Megan not to get more. Darlene believes that when she is a 40-year-old woman wanting to play more mature roles, people won't want to hire her because it will be too hard to cover her tattoos."

She tells Entertainment Weekly magazine, "Brian and I are not engaged, because when you're engaged, your goal is marriage. I don't think that's a realistic goal for me right now. I know I'm not capable, at this point, of being a good partner or a good wife. That's, like, a joke. We're sort of trying to figure out what our relationship is."
