Her fans will have to wait until April 10 to see Hannah Montana: The Movie on the big screen, but she is everywhere. This weekend she'll be performing her hit single "Climb" at the Academy of Country Music Awards.

"For CMAs, it will be cool," She assured her fans. "We're doing a couple different performances. I want them all to look different, for them all to have their own fun kind of ways that different people can relate to. It is a song that's so universal and everyone can relate to. It doesn't matter what kind of music you like or what kind of person you are or what you're used to listening to, or whether you know me or not, it doesn't matter. Either way you can be inspired by it. Each way I want to make it relatable to that group but most of all keep the inspirational part of it for sure."

Part of the movie actually revolves around her on-screen persona returning to her country roots. In real life, the CMAs are about as country as she'll get for now. "I wish I had more time to. [Shooting the movie] was the longest I was in Tennessee since I left, and it was awesome. I really hope that I can move back there at some point because that's what I want. I just want a nice house there, where can I really escape. There were times for three or four weeks just straight I was just in Nashville, and it really made me miss home. So I hope I can go back at some point, for sure."

At least it's not all work keeping her busy. She is sure to use her fame to give back to the less fortunate along the way. "I have a foundation called the Pappy Cyrus Foundation, which is my granddad. It's everything we did from City of Hope. We are working with all kinds of different people. We actually did a couple of trips back and forth to the White House. That's one of the reasons I was at the inauguration was we want all of America to get involved, because it's something that is so important. We deal with homeless shelters. When I was on tour in 2007, my best friend died of cystic fibrosis, and it was right after my granddad had died. I just had a really hard time with cancers and other kinds of stuff. Then I did a tour with the Jonas Brothers, and we ended up raising two and a half million dollars for City of Hope and that all went to cures, not just to kids personally, but to cures and studies, and it was really amazing watching the process. We got to go to the hospitals and watch them do all of these crazy things. Literally, we were sitting there looking at live cells being placed and watching this. It was amazing. It was just one of the coolest experiences, so that's who I work with."

She has ripped into cynical critics who questioned her tears at the Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday but admits she's embarrassed about losing her cool at the ceremony.

She sobbed as she accepted her Favorite Female Singer honor and insists she really was overcome with emotion when her name was read out during an onstage skit with host Dwayne Johnson.

She tells MTV News, "I was a little embarrassed... (but) it meant something to me, because it's from the kids and the kids are more important than anything else in the world. So it made me happy. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to win it. It just made my day that I did."

Hannah Montana: The Movie director Peter Chelsom has compared her to screen legend Judy Garland - insisting he was "blown away" the first time he saw the teen superstar.

The filmmaker is at the helm of her first movie gig in the role of phenomenally popular kids' show heroine Hannah Montana.

And Chelsom admits he saw her potential long before they worked together - recalling an appearance on Oprah Winfrey's talk show which left him speechless.

He tells E! Online, "I was blown away. I just thought, you know there is no way this girl shouldn't be ranked with Shirley Temple or Judy Garland.

"I couldn't believe it. It was like watching an evening with Barbra Streisand."

And the filmmaker is adamant that she deserves to have her talent recognized - because she has reached such a high standard at such a young age.

He adds, "She was 15 for the whole making of the movie... was Barbra doing that at 15? I don't think so."

She and Nick Jonas are to team up for a new all-star charity record. The pop stars are among the celebrities taking part in a "We Are The World"-type recording to encourage kids to be kinder towards each other.

The track, "Pass It On," will also feature Jonas' Jonas Brothers bandmates and fellow Disney recording artists.

And she hopes the collaboration between her and her ex will finally end speculation they don't get along.

She says, "We don't hate each other. We really love each other. He's really cool, and I'm happy we've been able to stay friends. Everyone thinks that me and the Jonas Brothers have this big feud going on, and me and Nick are really close friends now. We talk all the time and he's one of my best friends."

She has been planning her dream wedding since she was five years old, according to her mother Leticia.

On Friday. She was forced to dismiss reports she is to marry her model/singer boyfriend Justin Gaston, after joking about an engagement during a radio interview. She sparked rumors she is set to exchange vows with the 20-year-old after Los Angeles DJ Ryan Seacrest asked whether she planned to spend the rest of her life with Gaston, to which she replied, "If he gets a pretty ring."

She took to her Twitter.com page to deny the claims, insisting, "I am NOT getting married! I'm 16 and super focused on my career and just livinnggg life! I was kidding on Seacrest!!! Ha-ha! A joke!" However her mom reveals she has always had marriage on her mind - although she doesn't see the teenager walking down the aisle for several years to come.

Leticia, now married to her' dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, tells Hollyscoop.com, "Well she has always, since she was like five years old, cut out wedding gowns and cakes thinking of the marriage every girl dreams of, but she's got a lot of growing up to do. I think we'll think about that (marriage) in like five or six years. I think I got married at 23 so we'll talk then."

She has a childlike way of relieving stress - she enjoys sleeping in her parents' bed after a long day at work.

She enjoyed an early rise to fame with Disney's mega-hit series Hannah Montana. However she is thankful for her close-knit family, and feels at ease when she climbs into bed with her mom, Leticia.

She tells Glamour magazine, "At times I feel I'm very mature for my age, but other times I feel very immature. I still like to sleep with my parents sometimes. I'll go into their bedroom and snuggle with my mom, because I've been working all day and haven't seen her."

"I'm not around other people my age that much, so I don't know how 16-year-olds are supposed to act! I just do what feels right."

She is desperate to improve her vocabulary - because her nine-year-old sister keeps using words she doesn't understand.

She admits she picks on little Noah with her 22-year-old sister Brandi because the youngster speaks like a grown-up.

But Noah is so mature, She admits she's often left without an intelligent comeback.

She says, "We kind of team up on my little sister when me and her (Brandi) are together. My mom gets really mad when we pick on her because my sister is 22 and I'm 16 and she's nine.

"But she's so annoying because she's so smart. The other day she said, 'Are you being facetious?' And I had to get out my dictionary."

She has hit out at producers of star-studded Hollywood events - insisting it's far too easy for underage teens to get their hands on illegal substances.

She has vowed never to be drawn into a wild Hollywood lifestyle, even though she's frequently been exposed to the temptations of alcohol at celebrity parties.

She tells Glamour magazine, "At one of my very first awards shows I ever did, there was a bottle of vodka in my gift bag. No one cared that they were giving this to a 12-year-old."

But the pair suffered embarrassment as they left the lunch date at the Village Idiot restaurant, with Jonas scraping his car against another vehicle in full view of the paparazzi.
