She isn’t one of my favourite actresses, but she is quite good.  I agree, she is kind of typecast. She's got this all american blonde girl. I think she is a bit overrated for the chick flick roles, but she has been in both good and bad films.
I liked Being John Malkovich, A life Less Ordinary was a great movie. As was The Last supper. A black comedy about a group of friends who invite someone over for dinner and accidentally end up killing them. Its funny. I suggest watching those movies if you havent cause they are some of her best roles, in my opinion.

I don’t care for the romantic comedies like the sweetest thing. The sequel to Charlie's Angels sucked though.

She says she's a big fan of "Shrek the Musical" but has no desire to star in it.

She who voices Princess Fiona in the "Shrek" film franchise, raved about the musical adaptation of the animated blockbuster at its Broadway opening Sunday night.

Asked whether she'd consider portraying Fiona on stage, she said: "No. Absolutely not. What they do up there ... is, to me, impossible. It's wonderful, though. They've done such a great job. They worked really hard, and it really pays off."

Tony-winning actress Sutton Foster plays Fiona in "Shrek the Musical," which began preview performances last month at the Broadway Theatre. Actor Brian d'Arcy James portrays the titular smelly green ogre who lives in a swamp and falls for Fiona.

"It's hilarious," said her, sporting a white Bill Blass dress, black Dior coat and bright red lips. "There's so many laughs. ... It's great to see all the actors playing it together, because when we do it for the animated (films), we never see each other. We don't work together."

She reprises her voice role in the fourth "Shrek" film, slated for release in 2010. Mike Myers and Eddie Murphy will return as Shrek and Donkey, respectively.

Joining her at Sunday's performance were America Ferrera, Joan Rivers, Rosie Perez, Kathie Lee Gifford, Hoda Kotb, Phylicia Rashad, and Ben Stiller and his wife, actress Christine Taylor
.

"We are 'Shrek' fans at our house," Stiller said while Taylor posed for photographs on the red carpet. "And we're going to go check out the musical and let the kids know if it's suitable for children."

Rivers bantered with Gifford and Kotb, who co-host the fourth hour of NBC's "Today Show." When Gifford asked for Rivers' favorite "Shrek" character, Rivers responded: "Oh yeah, like I care! We're all grown-ups! I'm thrilled to be here."

Rivers, who had a cameo in 2004's "Shrek 2," cracked: "I'm part of the family. But I'm not hardly, like, excited to see 'Shrek' (onstage)."

She is considering buying a home in Essex, England, with British boyfriend Paul Sculfor, according to reports.

She and her bricklayer-turned-model beau enjoyed a romantic stay at plush British country hotel Babington House last year, while they were in the country visiting Sculfor's family. And the couple enjoyed their relaxing countryside break so much they have reportedly declared interest in a luxurious $3.2 million mansion in Sculfor's home county of Essex.

A source tells British newspaper the Mail on Sunday, "She was reading the papers by the fire (at Babington House) and talking about how they needed their own country retreat."

A friend of Sculfor adds, "Paul is keen to have a place in Essex, preferably close to his parents' home in Hornchurch. The couple have already checked out a £2.2 million mansion in Basildon."

She has split from her boyfriend Paul Sculfor, according to U.K. reports. She has been dating the British model, who was once romantically linked to Jennifer Aniston, since last summer.

But the pair has now ended its romance, according to British magazine Grazia, with sources blaming the couple's hectic schedules for the break-up.

An insider tells the publication, "They have fallen out of love. They didn't seem to find time for each other anymore. Paul is not too enamored by Los Angeles and wants to be where his friends are. Her thought she could settle in England but missed her old life too much. The romance just died. When a friend asked after Paul she just rolled her eyes and dismissed it with a wave of her hand. It was obvious from the way she referred to him that he's no longer her boyfriend."

British model Paul Sculfor has confirmed his relationship with her has ended - but insists they are "still friends" following the split.

She was rumored to have split from Sculfor last month after a year-long romance, but has refused to address the break-up stories. And now Sculfor has ended the speculation, revealing the love affair is over.

However she who was once romantically linked to Jennifer Aniston, insists he will be keeping in touch with her.

He says, "I'm very single and happy. She and I are still friends. I'll be going back to the States soon - I don't know if I'll get the chance to meet her as I'm so busy I don't know what I'm doing."

She may never settle down and start a family - because the world doesn't "need any more kids."

She who recently split from British model Paul Sculfor, is adamant getting married and having children has never been high on her list of priorities.

And as she approaches her 37th birthday in August she admits she may never become a mother.

She tells Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine, "(Women) are afraid to say that they don't want children because they're going to get shunned. But I think that's changing too now. I have more girlfriends who don't have kids than those that do. And honestly? We don't need any more kids. We have plenty of people on this planet."

However she is not ruling out pregnancy altogether: "I don't know what's going to happen, I could end up adopting half a dozen kids, or I could end up being the next 'octomom'."

"I think there should be a disclaimer the same way there is on a packet of smokes - 'These people do not look this way. These people are retouched.' You look at people with their faces Botoxed to stillness because they're trying to look like a photo. But we're not airbrushed in real life." She has called on the editors of women's magazines to be more honest with their readers.

Her opposite Jason Patric in this summer's My Sister's Keeper, about a couple who has a second child for the sole reason of that child being a bone marrow donor for their ailing first born. It gets kinda crazy from there.

She is battling another skin condition - a top doctor has spotted a nasty case of psoriasis just below her right elbow. The itch is known as 'heartbreak' by dermatologists, because it doesn't clear easily and can come back.

She dared to bare her arms as she unveiled her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday and eagle-eyed bystanders could clearly see her isn't all perfect.

In fact, celebrity skin expert Dr. Vail Reese has been scrutinizing her scabs and pimples for years and he insists the ringworm on her arm is just the latest in a long line of pigment problems for her.

He says, "After battling acne for years, yet another skin condition to deal with! She has also suffered with facial pigmentation issues and sun overexposure."

But all is not lost - Dr. Reese, who serves up his "Skinnies" dishonors annually to celebrities with bad pocks, pimples, zits and scars, insists her latest itch is easily treated.

He adds, "Though she is not my patient, it looks she has a form of psoriasis, that's showing some clearance in the center portion. Psoriasis is a pesky form of non contagious inflammation. Treatment for small areas involves SPAM SPAM SPAM topical cortisone creams and vitamin D creams. Extensive psoriasis can be treated with injectable anti-inflammatory medicines called biologics. Since they suppress the immune system and can increase the risk of infections, those tend to be reserved for wider areas."

But if she doesn't get her latest skin issue cleared up quickly, she could land the ultimate dishonor on Dr. Reese's "Skinnies" list: "With her history of acne and everything else and now this, this may be her year for a Lifetime Achievement award!"

Reports have emerged that she is battling the skin condition psoriasis on her arm, but we think she looks pretty good in photos from last night's premiere of "My Sister's Keeper" in New York City.

However, the elbow in question isn't visible in these photos and was conspicuously hidden in all shots.

She recently admitted she doesn't mind playing a mom in her new film. She explained, "I didn't think, 'Oh, my God, if I play a mother, and a mother of teenagers, how is this going to affect my career?' It didn't even phase me."

She is also famous for stating that she doesn't want children. "I have more girlfriends who don't have kids than those that do," she said. "And honestly? We don't need any more kids. We have plenty of people on this planet."

Here is her pics below.
