She is tiring of the way the media scrutinises her relationship with co-star Robert Pattinson, insisting the two aren't dating and they're not likely to. She is puzzled by ongoing romance reports, linking her to the British star - because she's happily dating actor Michael Angarano, her boyfriend of almost three years.

She tells Nylon magazine, "Rob and I are good friends. We went through a lot together, so we feel very close. (But) if we go out in public, every little detail is scrutinised, like the way I stand next to him... It's only natural that we're sort of leaning on each other, because we're put in the most... psychotic situations."

She has three more big sequels to fulfill the teen vampire love story saga. Perhaps she can introduce this generation to Joan Jett by playing her in a biopic called "The Runaways." However, it'll have to fit in with "Twilight" sequels.

"Right now it's sort of just percolating," She said. "Obviously, I have a short amount of time to do that in between the two other films we're shooting back to back. They shut down for I think like eight weeks in New Moon and Eclipse. I'm just listening to her music all the time. I spent New Year's with her. I'm trying to just make myself aware of the time period and what she was going through."

Jett has made herself available to her. "It's one of the most immense responsibilities to play a real person. Her story's important. It's an incredibly triumphant feminist story really," Stewart explained. "She's the first woman to ever start her own record label. She's just a good person. She's got ambition. She's got conviction. She's cool. So many people know her as just being like one of the coolest people to ever live. That in itself is one of the most intimidating things that I've ever had to confront but she's so cool too. She's one of the nicest, most soulful women I've ever met. It's an honor, but it really is."

So, will she be singing "Cherry Bomb" and "Born to be Bad?" "I don't want to speak out of place yet. I really hope to be able to actually perform the music, but I just don't know yet. Hopefully I'll be able to tell you guys soon," she said.

She is terrified of the gangs of female fans who stalk her and co-star Robert Pattinson.

The pair was thrust into the limelight when they were cast as the stars of the vampire franchise.

Pattinson became a heartthrob overnight, and she fears the wrath of fans jealous of their onscreen romance.

She tells USA Today, "You show up at these places, and there's literally like a thousand girls and they're all screaming your name. Girls are scary. Large groups of girls scare the (crap) out of me. They covet him. I think half of them are so jealous that they hate me."

She has learned some quick advice to avoid being mobbed: "More than three girls of that certain age - run away."

According to the Australian Gossip Magazine New Weekly, she is pregnant with Robert Pattinson's baby. She who reportedly became romantically involved with Rob while filming the first Twilight movie - last week allegedly discovered she could be expecting.

A source close to her told the magazine, "She asked one of her friends to buy the test because she was worried about someone seeing her at the drug store...She's very nervous about the whole situation."

The source added, "She started to suspect she might be expecting when she realized she hadn't had her period."

"When she worked out she was late, she obviously started to thinking that she could be pregnant," says a pal. "And because of the timing, she thinks Rob could be the father."
