Honestly, Jessica knows how to sing, she just doesn't sing the right material. She sounded much better singing Gospel than singing Country like she's trying to now. Country is NOT her style. Her Dance/Pop style was okay but her voice was much more powerful at her concerts when she sang Gospel music.

She has laughed off rumors she's engaged to American footballer beau Tony Romo after the couple was reportedly spotted shopping for rings together.

She who has been dating Romo since late last year, was alleged to have picked out a sparkler with him during a trip to a Neiman Marcus store in Dallas, Texas recently.

But she insists there is no truth to the claim - because Romo would never agree to go jewelery shopping with her.

She tells Entertainment Tonight, "Tony and I have not gone to Neiman Marcus - somebody said we bought a ring there. I couldn't drag Tony in to Neiman Marcus if I tried!"

However she admits she is "beyond the moon and stars" about their romance, adding, "I'm very happy."

She credits her boyfriend Tony Romo with saving her after the heartbreak of her divorce from Nick Lachey.

She claims the Dallas Cowboys quarterback - who she first hooked up with a year ago - is the first strong man she has dated. She tells Usmagazine.com, "I'd always fall for guys I wanted to save. For the first time, I fell in love with someone who saved me."

And she hints wedding bells could be on the horizon: "I think any person who I'm gonna date for longer than six months, I definitely am investing in something long-term. If I get married again, then it will be the last time (I wed)."

She is heading back to school - and she wants to study religion.

She left high school aged 16 to tour the Christian music circuit before she became a pop singer in the 1990s. She later earned her diploma by taking the General Educational Development (GED), and admits she's been inspired to head back to class - by TV documentaries.

She tells Marie Claire magazine, "I've been contemplating taking a college course in religion. I love religion. I remember whenever the book The Da Vinci Code came out, the Discovery Channel did this three-night piece on it that I TiVoed (recorded) and then watched eight times."

She has sparked rumors she will move in with boyfriend Tony Romo - after swapping her hotel room to stay with the football star during a recent visit to her home state.

She reportedly unpacked her bags in Romo's new home in an upscale suburb of Irving, Texas during a visit to the city. A source tells the magazine Us Weekly. "They are doing great. Now it's Tony, Jess and his roommate!"

Another source adds, "She stays at his home when she's in town, but she hasn't totally moved in yet. She's been busy with her country music stuff... She helped him decorate the house. She really took the reins."

The pair have been dating since November 2007. A spokesperson for her has declined to comment.

She shocked fans at a concert in Michigan on Thursday night with a series of onstage blunders - with the star eventually walking off in tears.

She was opening for Rascal Flatts at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan, but the 38-minute show was riddled with embarrassing errors which eventually forced her to apologize to the audience. She is said to have struggled with her in-ear audio monitors throughout the performance and seemed to lose her place in several songs, forgetting the lyrics to her recent single "Come on Over".

She also stopped during the intro to her "Pray Out Loud" track, asking her band start over, before mouthing the word "sorry" to the crowd, telling the 8,000-strong audience, "My voice is weak tonight." While introducing her closing song, "Do You Know", She admitted wishing she could "walk off the stage" and at the end of the gig, she thanked her band for "having her back," before appearing to walk off in tears. One concert-goer tells the Grand Rapids Press, "I felt bad for her tonight. It was uncomfortable to watch."

She previously came under fire for her onstage antics following a performance at the Kennedy Center Honors in 2006, when she performed "Nine to Five", a tribute to Dolly Parton, but stopped half way through the song, running off stage in tears. She put her blunder down to nerves and subsequently admitted she nearly quit her music career following the incident.
