'For Colored Girls' directed by Tyler Perry is based on the award winning play, 'For Colored girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf'.  The film weaves together the stories of nine different women...some strangers, some acquaintances.  Eventually, crisis, heartbreak and two horrific crimes bring these women together and they realize that they're not so different after all.  Perry has assembled an amazing cast of actresses, including Kimberly Elise, Thandie Newton, Phylicia Rashad, Loretta Devine, Whoopi Goldberg and Janet Jackson. What is it like to be a woman of color in this world?  Have things really changed since the play debuted in 1974?  'For Colored Girls' attempts to answer these questions. And one of 'The Two Jews On Film' thinks it does.  'For Colored Girls' opens in theaters Friday, November 5, 2010
