Filter Magazine, the country's premiere independent music publication, and innovative clothing brand American Rag Cie have once again partnered to launch Issue #2 of Ragged. This thirty-two page special edition magazine features stories on indie rock and alternative music from major and up-and-coming artists. Artists featured in Ragged Issue #2 include Aqualung, Robbers On High Street, Midnight Movies, The Colour, Miho Hatori, Carina Round, and The Cinematics.

Launched on March 15th, to coincide with the well-renowned SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX, Ragged was distributed throughout the city and presented the 3-day special event High Noon @ Cedar Street featuring live performances from international artists such as: Aqualung, Badly Drawn Boy, Youth Group, Kenna, Architecture In Helsinki, Great Northern, Money Mark, Dappled Cities, Ra Ra Riot, The Little Ones, and more.

Ragged #2 is also being distributed for free nationwide at concerts and festivals throughout the summer. The issue is also available to download online at along with music from all the artists, a contest to win $500 American Rag Cie wardrobe, and the Ragged blog posting artist features, music news and updates.
