Eddie Murphy Sells New Jersey Mansion Eight Years After He Listed It
After eight long years, Eddie Murphy finally sold the New Jersey home he put on the market in 2004.
In order to sell it, Murphy dropped the price of the sprawling mansion in Englewood from $30 million to $12 million, according to reports.
The eight-bedroom Colonial-style home includes an indoor swimming pool, bowling alley, a billiards room, movie theatre and a recording studio.
The star bought the house in 1985.
