The cast of the new Star Trek is full of Hollywood's young up and comers playing the Enterprise crew, including Chris Pine as Captain Kirk, Zachary Quinto as Spock, Zoe Saldana as Uhura and John Cho as Sulu. They've got a few A-listers in there too like Winona Ryder and Eric Bana.

Everyone seems to be popping up in Star Trek, and all the roles we know have been taken. Clifton Collins, Jr. plays someone named Ayel and he can't even say who that is.

"Oh, somebody in outer space," Collins joked. "I got in trouble last time talking."

Hopefully he's not just a red shirt who gets killed on a planetside mission. "Well, I had a change of clothes. I can tell you that."

One thing that would be no secret is the elaborate sets built for the Enterprise, Romulan ships and distant planets themselves.

"It was a little phenomenal, especially for somebody like J.J. [Abrams]. I can't tell you how much fun it was to work with him. Everybody loves working for him. 18 hour days, who cares? We're making Star Trek with J.J. It's just a little different because I'm in outer space, man."

Star Trek opens this May.
