Coldplay singer Chris Martin paid tribut to mourning Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, whose longtime girlfriend L'Wren Scott died in her Manhattan apartment in March.

The newly single star dedicated the band's hit single "Fix You" to Jagger during the band's show at the Beacon Theater in New York City Monday night, telling the crow, "It's for Mick Jagger."

Scott was found hanging by a scarf on March 17. Her death has officially been ruled a suicide.

The group also played new single "Magic" during the show. The song includes the line, "No I don't want anybody else than you," and after Martin sang the line a woman in the crowd shouted "Hang in there, Chris," referencing his recent "conscious uncoupling" from wife Gwyneth Paltrow.
