Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 smashed the record for the best opening weekend in movie history after raking in $168.6 million back in July. It has since been crowned the most successful film of 2011 after conjuring up a worldwide haul of $1.1 billion.
The blockbuster was also recently named the third-highest grossing movie of all time, after James Cameron's "Avatar" and "Titanic," which have grossed $2.7 billion and $1.8 billion respectively.
