	she is an inspiration to me as a young woman.her success makes me more determine to become a very succesful woman.despite her hardships she made it to the top and that is what i admire about her.yet she remains humble and generous. she is anexample to women that just because you as a woman you are powerful, independant, rich and successful it does not mean you have to be rude and arrogant towards other women.humility and grace is the tool forsuccess and happpiness.
