Gina Tognoni Biography:
Former Miss Rhode Island Teen Gina Tognoni started her professional acting career with the role of Kelly Cramer on the soap One Life to Live in 1995. The 22-year-old was a big hit in the role, and she stuck with it until 2002, when after a short break from daytime TV, she joined the cast of Guiding Light as lawyer Dinah Marler, mayor of Springfield.
