On Sept. 2, CBS will broadcast “A Day In The Life Of Television: A Museum Of Television & Radio Special,” a new entertainment special that goes behind the scenes of 12 high-profile television shows to see how they are made. Dennis Haysbert provides the narration.

On November 9, 2005, 42 television crews went behind the scenes of some of the most popular shows on television to find out from many different perspectives what went into producing them on this specific day.
