Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized after suffering a "nervous breakdown" in the wake of her mother's sudden death.
Ray Watson, who served as the "I Will Always Love You" hitmaker's security detail for more than a decade, discovered the singer's lifeless body submerged in her Los Angeles hotel room bathtub on Saturday.
Daughter Bobbi Kristina, 18, was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for extreme stress and anxiety on Sunday and now Ray's brother, Billy Watson, has spoken out to shed some light on her improving condition.
Speaking to UsMagazine.com, he says, "Everything (was) stressful. Her mama died, so she broke down. Nobody expected her to pass as quickly as she did. She (Bobbi Kristina) had a nervous breakdown."
Bobbi Kristina was released under the care of her father - Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown - later that day and Watson, who is also an extended member of the star's family, insists she's already on the mend.
He adds, "(She is) OK now. She's alright."
