Alec Baldwin visited the Late Show with David Letterman, and the obvious topic came up during their conversation. "You were obviously burning to hold up the cover of the Daily News," teased Baldwin.

The Daily News cover in question was a picture of Baldwin shoving a photographer with the title "30 Rocky."

However, Letterman was not swayed by the press. "There's a very fine line because... they have this picture, somebody took this picture, so what are they going to do? They're going to publish it. But the picture, without knowing the true story, tells a tale that's often not true."

Marcus Santos, the man being shoved in the photo, has pressed charges against the 30 Rock star for their physical run-in. Baldwin claims he has had physical confrontations with the photographer before, and that Santos has hit his face with his camera.

"I mean, look at how good you look!" Joked Letterman.

Alec mused, "I think you can see I'm forming the letter with my mouth. And what I'm saying is...'What F-stop are you on with the camera?' And he said, 'I'm on a something,' and I said, 'That's not the F-stop...You have to set the camera on the right F-stop!'"
