The Nintendo DS has dominated the month of March, taking the top two spots and seven spots overall. The long-awaited Metroid: Prime Hunters was a sure bet at number one, but Mario Kart and Animal Crossing continue to find new gamers. Full List Below!

The top of the console charts isn't all that surprising, as many had preordered Kingdom Hearts II the day it was announced. The pause between the first and second title was more than enough to develop a cult following (as well as a great game) and boost sales. The Sims 2 has enough installed users to warrant multiple expansions and over 200,000 units sold for Open For Business, a game that requires the original title, is nothing blink at - especially at the top of the charts, over Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion! Bowser's finally gotten wise and kidnapped Mario, figuring that since he's the guy who normally does the rescuing, no one will be around to rescue him. He's in for a big surprise, though, because Peach is armed (with a parasol) and dangerous in the Nintendo DS game Super Princess Peach.
