Running Time: 60 min.
A series of curiously linked murders leads Mulder and Scully to a home for the mentally ill. Each of the victims was a blonde woman, and each tried to make a 911 call to the next victim. Sydney Lassick, one of the stars of the Oscar-winning film One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, makes a pivotal appearance in similar surroundings. First telecast May 4, 1997, "Elegy" was written by John Shiban. Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide
