Such an entity seems to have been the catalyst for the false information given to Mulder and Scully pertaining to a recent close encounter with a UFO. With the help of a government watchdog group called "The Lone Gunman" (Bruce Harwood, Dean Haglund, and Tom Braidwood), the two agents are able to get to the truth of the matter -- or are they?
