For his own purposes, hit man Roger (William Russ) tries to inveigle crime boss Mel Profitt (Kevin Spacey) into conspiring with one Louis Cabra (Richard Portnow) to overthrow the government of Isle Pavot. But the plan is compromised by Mel's ever-growing obsession with a possible voodoo curse. Ultimately, Mel's sister Susan (Joan Severance) must bring her brother's fear and paranoia to a violent conclusion--while undercover agent Vinnie (Ken Wahl) finds himself smack in the middle of everyone's dirty deeds.
