Peter and Neal investigate the theft of a bible with supposed healing powers.
The team looks into the murder of a wealthy stock trader. Neal begins to investigate the victim's mistress, Pierce Spelman. Neal and Peter discover a hit list from her purse; however, she is not an assassin. Spelman is trying to use the names to track down a rare statue, but the Japanese government is searching for it, too. Neal and Peter have to use one of the names on the list as bait for a killer in order to return the statue.
Agent Kimberly Rice recruits Neal to help find a kidnapped daughter of a wealthy CEO. The case involves a nefarious criminal, Ryan Wilkes, whom Neal once robbed. However, Rice sets up Neal and he ends up kidnapped by Wilkes. Wilkes wants Neal to be the front man in a robbery; if not, he'll kill Neal and the kidnapped girl.
Neal investigates the theft and forgery of the most exotic pink diamond in the world.
Neal's niece, Samantha, needs a kidney transplant after she is bumped off the donor list. Her mother, June, tells Neal that she was approached by a charitable foundation that said they would find a kidney for a donation of $100,000. Neal figures out the charity is harvesting organs in third world countries and selling them. However, Neal is captured by security during his investigation of the matter.
It's Fashion Week and everyone in New York is abuzz with excitement; everyone but Peter Burke. Nevertheless, when advanced technology embedded with security data is secretly woven into the fabric of a runway dress, Peter and Neal must dive into the world of fashion to stop an international criminal from completing a treacherous sale.
An old rival of Neal's is in town trying to forge a bottle of wine owned by Ben Franklin in order to pay off a debt to the Russian mob. Neal and Peter have to create their own forgery in order to expose the rival's fake and apprehend him.
Out of the Box
Neal finally tracks down the elusive and valuable music box at an exclusive private party. He is forced to make a deal with Fowler to remove his ankle bracelet and he also cuts a deal for Kate's and his own freedom. All goes well with the heist and Neal delivers on his promise to obtain the music box; however his plane to freedom explodes with Kate on board.
Peter and Neal discover an estate judge has a history of committing mortgage fraud. Additionally, the judge signed off on warrants that helped Agent Fowler frame Neal for the recent diamond heist. Peter attempts to set up the judge to incriminate her, but she sets him up and gives the information to Fowler. Fowler intends to use the set up to take Peter down.
To appease the FBI, Neal goes undercover and infiltrates a shady Wall Street firm that's stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars. Neal soon catches the attention of his superiors and anchors himself in a position to take them down. Meanwhile, Neal finds a picture of Peter wearing the infamous ring and confronts him.
Flip of the Coin
Peter and Neal try to help Captain John Mitchell, a soldier who finds himself in trouble when he is accused of smuggling Iraqi artifacts.
Neal investigates the disappearance of an undercover FBI agent who had infiltrated the Chinese underworld.
The theft of a Haustenberg painting forces Neal and Peter to set up a sting, but when the sting fails to capture the thief, the FBI team scrambles to recover the priceless artwork.
