Transformers: Age Of Extinction star Mark Wahlberg has dubbed the upcoming fourth instalment of the hit franchise the "biggest movie of 2014", months before it hits cinemas.

The Fighter actor is making his debut in the robot wars series, taking over for Shia LaBeouf, who played the lead role in the first three films.

During a panel for the movie at the CinemaCon convention on Monday (24Mar14), Wahlberg teased Transformers fans by insisting the upcoming movie will be nothing like they've ever seen in the franchise before.

Shia Labeouf's uncle has been ordered to repay the $800,000 (£533,330) he borrowed from his actor nephew in full.

The 27 year old and his mother sued Barry Saide last year (13), accusing him of reneging on a deal to pay back the loan in instalments beginning in January, 2011.

Saide hit back at the legal action with a countersuit, insisting his famous nephew was trying to bankrupt him, despite allegedly lending the pair money before the actor made it big.

Director Michael Bay has blamed a technical mishap for prompting his walkout at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on Monday (06Jan14).

Director Michael Bay has assured fans all is well after he was attacked by "drugged up punks" while shooting his latest Transformers sequel on the streets of Hong Kong.

The filmmaker was reportedly assaulted by two men and their friends on Thursday (17Oct13) after they demanded a payment of $12,900 (£8,600) for the "inconvenience" caused by the Transformers: Age of Extinction movie shoot.

When Bay and his crew refused to co-operate, he was allegedly struck in the face, while three police officers attempting to intervene were also hit.

Actor Shia Labeouf is embroiled in a messy legal war with his uncle, who has allegedly reneged on a deal to pay back a $800,000 (£533,000) loan.

The Transformers star and his mother Shayna Saide filed suit against Barry Saide earlier this year (13), claiming he had failed to pay back any of the cash his movie star nephew had loaned him.

This Valentine's Day will be one to remember for lovers of the giant robot aliens from the planet Cybertron as Michael Bay has officially announced that he'll be keeping with tradition and calling the shots on "Transformers 4," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

A Photoshop illustrator and plastic surgeon agree that a picture posted on Facebook by Megan Fox, does not prove she didn't have Botox.

The experts tell RumorFix the picture has been doctored.

First, Dr. Andrew Ordon, a plastic surgeon who is co-host of The Doctors, tells RumorFix, "In doing plastic surgery for over 30 years, I have never seen a forehead pattern like this."

He says the lines are not consistent with forehead and brow muscles. "If she was wrinkling, her brow would be up and she would have wrinkles over the brows. The rest of her face does not have a line on it," he says.

The family of the extra who was critically injured on the set of "Transformers: The Dark of the Moon" has slammed officials for clearing film producers over the incident.

Gabriela Cedillo, 24, was airlifted to hospital in Indiana last month after a cable holding a car on the set of Michael Bay's third film in the franchise snapped and sliced open her skull.
