Which Vampire Cast Makes Your Blood Pump?

August 17th, 2010 11:30am EDT
Vampires
Vampires Suck, Twilight, and True Blood all have a gorgeous lineup of vampires, werewolves and their human admirers. Which cast gets your blood pumping?

Vampires can't resist the smell of fresh human blood, just like Hollywood studios can't resist the temptation of easy money. And if there's one lesson Hollywood has learned from Twilight, it's that a compelling plot and character development don't matter as long as you have a smoking hot cast. Why bother with interesting dialogue when you can just have Robert Pattinson look into the camera and smolder? Who needs plot development wh...

The Cheetah Girls Head To India In Latest Film

August 19th, 2008 2:25pm EDT
Cheetah Girls
LOS ANGELES (AP) - They're not a singing group but they play one on TV - and very successfully, we might add. But don't even begin to get into it about whether the Cheetah Girls are friends in real life.

"We're like sisters!" Adrienne Bailon declares. "People don't realize when we're not working together we hang out together. We go on vacations together." As she speaks by phone in a nonstop chatter that would quickly give away her hometown roots - if her Noo Yawk accent hadn't already - Bailon is busy getting settled in her new home. "I just moved! Just got an apartment in Beverly Hill...

Point/Counterpoint: Should Hollywood Stop Remaking Classic Films?

January 18th, 2008 1:45pm EST
Rob Zombie
Over the years many classic movies have been remade. Don't get me wrong, some of those remakes have been really good. But the majority of the movies have been really bad.

These days, special effects are being taken to a whole new level, but that's not always a good thing. One of the main reasons these films are classics is because CGI was in the distant future. People loved the original "Godzilla" because you can see the man in the Godzilla costume crushing a cardboard box, also known as Tokyo.

There are few movies that have scared me, and one of those films was the 1978 movie "Ha...
