Former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert suffered some minor injuries Thursday after a high-dive attempt while taping an episode of celebreality show Splash went wrong.

According to TMZ.com, Eggert attempted a dive that included "multiple backflips" and hit the water flat on her back.

The star's rep, David Weintraub, confirmed the injury with E! News, calling the mishap a "bad landing."

The 41-year-old actress took to her Twitter page Thursday night after getting checked out at a local hospital, writing, "The ER is always fun."

Nicole Eggert landed in the hospital Thursday after a botched high-dive on ABC reality show Splash.

During filming, the former Charles in Charge star was attempting a backflip and landed on her back when she entered the pool, and the show's medical staff rushed her to the hospital as a precautionary measure.

Nicole suffered minor injuries and no bones were broken, according to TMZ.com, but because she hit the water back-first doctors were concerned that she may have suffered some kidney dmage. She was released a few hours later.

The former Miss Alabama made headlines in January after she was spotted by sports analyst Brent Musberger, who was enamored by her beauty when she was caught on camera at the NCAA Football National Championship game.

Model Katherine Webb's fledgling diving career is over. The Miss Alabama beauty queen was forced to quit celebrity diving series "Splash" after sustaining a back injury.

On Tuesday night's episode she explained: "I've had the worst time training this week because even the most simplest dives shot pain all the way from the middle of my back down my leg. I went to the doctor and unfortunately he told me I'm out for the competition."

After failing to overcome her intense fear of heights, Kendra Wilkinson abruptly quit ABC's reality show "Splash" on Tuesday night.

Actress Nicole Eggert has been battling a crippling fear of heights during her stint on the version of diving show Splash!, insisting it's a struggle just to climb the steps to the board.

Chelsea Handler's assistant Chuy Bravo has been forced to pull out of reality TV show Splash! after fracturing a bone in his heel on the first day of filming.

Bravo, who regularly appears on Handler's talk show Chelsea Lately, was one of 10 celebrities competing in the show, in which stars attempt to learn how to dive from a high board.

Former Olympian Greg Louganis gave diving platform instructions to some of the cast of 'Splash' (formerly Celebrity Diving) yesterday in Los Angeles. The celebrity divers included former Bay Watch babe Nicole Eggert, Chuy Bravo (Chelsea Lately sidekick) and Keshia Knight Pulliam (The Cosby Show).

The celebrity divers are getting ready for the March 19 premiere of the new ABC reality diving show 'Splash.'
