Lois finds Clark's lifeless body and removes the blue kryptonite enabling him to heal himself, but she sneaks away before Clark fully awakens in order to protect his secret. Chloe is desperate to find Oliver. Jonathan returns to the Kent Farm with a message for Clark, and Tess awakens in a LuthorCorp lab.

Shield
After Lois departs for Egypt, the Daily Planet hires a new reporter by the name of Kat Grant to take her place. An assassin named Deadshot takes aim at Kat but Clark learns the man has a dangerous hidden agenda that involves The Blur. Meanwhile, Carter Hall turns up in Egypt to keep an eye on Lois and he tells Lois about his wife Shayera.

Supergirl
Kara returns to Earth to warn Clark of an impending dark force. Lois confronts Gordon Godfrey, a hero-bashing shock jock, after he threatens the Green Arrow.

Homecoming
In an attempt to cheer up Clark, Lois convinces him to attend their five-year high school reunion. A visit back to the home of the Crows has Clark remembering old times with Lana and Chloe, while Lois is furious that no one remembers her five days as a student. Brainiac 5.0 uses his Legion ring to visit from the future and takes Clark through his past, present and future. He shows Clark what really happened the night Jonathan died, Oliver's current pain, Clark's future at the Daily Planet with Lois and his role as Earth's favorite red and blue superhero.

Isis
Lois decides to tell Clark she knows he's The Blur, but she accidentally activates an ancient artifact that transforms her into the Goddess Isis, complete with superpowers of her own. Oliver and Clark ask Tess for help with Lois. Cat Grant witnesses Lois as Isis using her superpowers and thinks she's the blur.

Harvest
Concerned for Lois' safety, Clark tries to distract her from reporting on the Vigilante Registrations Act. When he eventually tells her the truth, Lois is defiant and ends up stranded with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. Tess searches for a cure for the sickness that is causing Alexander to age rapidly.

Ambush
The General and Lucy Lane decide to drop in on Lois and Clark for a surprise Thanksgiving dinner. Clark and the General get off to a rocky start after Lois' father bashes the superheroes and tells Clark he is trying to pass a vigilante registration law. Meanwhile, in an effort to stop the vigilante registration act from being passed, Rick Flagg lies to Lucy in order to lure Clark away from the farm long enough for him to assassinate the General. Lois is torn between making her father proud and her love for Clark.

Abandoned
Lois finds a video made for her by her mother, Ella Lane, before she died. After watching the tape, Lois makes a drastic decision about her relationship with Clark that takes her to the Fortress, where she comes face to face with Jor-El and Lara. Meanwhile, Tess has a nightmare involving herself as a child and a music box. Upon awakening, she finds the music box in Luthor mansion and sets out to find out who planted it there. Clark accompanies her to an orphanage run by Granny Goodness who may not have the young girls' best intentions in mind. One of the young women living there, Harriet, finds Clark snooping around and decides to take matters into her own very sharp hands.

Patriot
Oliver registers with the Vigilante Registration Act to find out what the government is planning with the new law. But it's a trap, and he's put in a jail and brutally tested by Col. Slade. Clark teams up with Aquaman and his new wife Mera to rescue him. Lois grows frustrated when Clark shuns her offers to help the team, and sets out to prove her usefulness.

Luthor
Clark accidentally activates a Kryptonian box once owned by Lionel Luthor, and he wakes up in a parallel universe where Lionel found Clark in the cornfields instead of the Kents. In this universe, Clark Luthor is a murderer, Lois is engaged to Oliver, and they both hate Clark. Clark has to figure out how to get back to his universe, where the evil Clark Luthor has taken his place.

Icarus
Green Arrow tries to stop a mugging, but finds himself under attack from citizens angry at super heroes. Clark springs into action when Slade returns and kidnaps Lois. Carter Hall and Star Girl lend Clark a hand.

Collateral
Clark, Oliver, Lois and Dinah all experience haunting flashbacks after being released by the VRA. Dinah worries that Chloe can't be trusted, and Clark agrees.

Beacon
Lionel Luther reappears and takes control of LuthorCorp from Tess and Oliver. Meanwhile, Clark and Lois are shocked to see Martha on the news at a pro-vigilante rally, and even more shocked when she is shot. Lois and Chloe try to cheer Clark up by showing him videos from the rally.

Masquerade
Chloe and Oliver are kidnapped by Desaad's minions after being mistaken for FBI agents. Meanwhile, Lois suggest that Clark should be more protective of his identity, and proposes a disguise.

Fortune
Clark and Lois black out at their bachelor/bachelorette parties thanks to an enchanted bottle of champagne sent by Zatanna. Lois makes Oliver help her look for her missing engagement ring, while Clark tells Chloe he has a memory of robbing an armored truck the night before.

Scion
Lionel and Tess square off in a battle for the Luther name, and a gift from Tess catches Clark and Lois by surprise.

Booster
Lois helps Clark create a mild-mannered personality to hide his secret. A fame-hungry superhero from the future, Booster Gold, shows up in Metropolis and starts stealing Clark's thunder. But when a teenager gets trapped in a powerful robotic suit and starts wreaking havoc, Clark and Booster have to work together to prevent disaster.

Kent
Clark Luthor sends Clark Kent to an alternate dimension where Clark has a run-in with his angry father. In the real world, Clark Luthor issues a threat to Tess. Lois enlists Emil to help bring back the real Clark.

Dominion
Oliver tricks Clark into bringing him to the exiled land, while Tess uncovers proof that someone has gained access to the Phantom Zone's escape portal. Clark and Oliver are captured by Zoners, and taken to their vengeful leader, Zod.

Prophecy
Clark asks Jor-El for his blessing to marry Lois, and as a wedding gift Jor-El transfers Clark's powers to her for one day. The Toyman returns to Metropolis, and Lois has to face him herself. Oliver's search for the Bow of Orion leads to a chance encounter with Kara, who is on a similar mission.

Finale, Part 1
Clark embarks on the last leg of the journey that will make him Superman. Lex Luthor returns as Darkseid threatens to kill millions of people by crashing the planet Apokolips into earth. Oliver, under Darkseid's control, tries to give Clark a kryptonite wedding ring that will take away his powers, but Tess prevents Clark from wearing it. Clark dons the suit that Martha made for him and manages to repel the planet before it collides with earth, and free everyone from the Omega symbol. Tess makes the ultimate sacrifice, but not before erasing Lex Luthor's memory. Clark and Lois prepare for their wedding, with Clark now ready to face the challenges ahead.

Finale, Part 2
