Miami ViceCheck out the third season of Miami Vice. The series starred Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas as hard-nosed Miami-Dade PD vice detectives Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs. Crockett and Tubbs did not always see eye to eye on details and procedure, but when they worked together as undercover cops in the sleazy underbelly of the Florida resort community, they almost invariably got results. Also on DVD: season 3 of JAG, season 5 of Newsradio and season 2 of Sleeper Cell.

Russell Crowe To Play The Sheriff of Nottingham In New 'Robin Hood' Movie

Russell CroweRussell Crowe is set to play the Sheriff of Nottingham in a new film version of Robin Hood. Universal Pictures have lined up the Gladiator star for their take on the classic tale, which will portray the traditionally evil Sheriff as a good character. The project has been devised by Sleeper Cell creators Ethan Reiff and Cyrus Voris.

'The Shield' Leads NAMIC Vision Award Nominations

The ShieldNominations for the 13th Annual NAMIC Vision Awards were announced today by the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC). A record number 37 networks received nominations for the only entertainment industry award honoring outstanding achievements in original, multi-ethnic cable programming.

'24' Wins Best Drama & 'The Office' Is Best Comedy

Nominees Announced for Television Critics Awards

LostThe Sopranos, 24, My Name Is Earl and The Office are leading the way at the Television Critics Awards, after scooping the most nominations for the 22nd annual awards ceremony. All four shows landed three nods, including one acting nomination each for its stars James Gandolfini, Kiefer Sutherland, Jason Lee and Steve Carell. Elsewhere there are nods for Grey's Anatomy, Lost, House, Scrubs and Everybody Hates Chris.
