Carrie meets some of her French fanbase and they organize a party in her honor; Miranda and Steve find out that Steve's mother has suffered a stroke and they decide to move her into the apartment; Charlotte and Harry meet the parents of their baby only to find out that they want to keep the baby themselves; Smith flies home from a shoot in Canada to tell Samantha that he loves her; Carrie breaks it off with Aleksandr after he ditches her at his art opening; Big shows up in Paris to win Carrie back.

Carrie's concerned about how baggage involving past exes might affect her and Berger's relationship and Charlotte's a little taken aback when she learns exactly what she'll have to give up to become a Jew.
