Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) is not at all happy when Mr. Big (Chris Noth) informs her that he intends never to marry again, leading her to think twice when Stanford Blatch (Willie Garson) asks her to marry him so he'll be able to collect an inheritance. Samantha (Kim Cattrall), on the rebound after a bad breakup, starts dating a frumpy looking guy called The Turtle (Tim Wheeler), but the more she tries to change his appearance, the more obvious it is that he's not about to change. Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), still on her own, obtains a special new vibrator known as "The Rabbit." She makes the mistake of lending it to Charlotte (Kristin Davis), who becomes so thrilled with its effects that she is hard-pressed to leave her apartment. Mark Deming, All Movie Guide
