Australian rockers INXS have kicked singer J.D. Fortune out of the band - leaving him broke and homeless.

Rocker Dave Navarro has dismissed former bandmate Perry Farrell's claims his reality TV show Rock Star broke up Jane's Addiction. Guitarist Navarro claims the frontman has his timings mixed up, as he wasn't approached to make Rock Star until he was recording with his new band The Panic Channel, which also features Jane's Addiction bassist Chris Chaney and drummer Stephen Perkins.

The frontman reveals the group fell apart when guitarist Navarro started co-hosting the reality series, which found singers for INXS and Tommy Lee supergroup Rock Star: Supernova.

British reality TV guru Mark Burnett is being sued by a woman who claims he stole her idea for hit US talent show Rock Star. Producer Sharlene Sullivan Alleges She Registered A Show Synopsis Called Rock Star With The Writers Guild Of America, in which "lead vocalists for rock bands would compete and would be judged by well known musicians/rock stars" in 2002.

Former Baywatch star David Charvet and Rock Star: Supernova host Brooke Burke are engaged and expecting a child together. Charvet proposed during a "summer party" he threw on Saturday night, according to Burke. She tells People, "It was a total surprise. It was all very romantic. He's my best friend."

Due to phenomenal public demand, INXS have announced two more UK dates to their 2006 Intimate European "Switched On" Tour. The two shows include the first and only concert in Glasgow at the Barrowland Ballroom on Saturday 4th November, and a newly added second London gig at Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Monday 6th November.
