The Real World is "the true story of seven strangers, picked to live in a house and have their lives taped, and find out what happens when people stop being polite and start getting real." Each season, MTV producers choose seven people in the late teens and early 20s with different backgrounds and experiences. They live together in a major city while a film crew records their every moment.
