Callie Thorne recently wrapped her three-season run starring as Dr. Dani Santino in USA's Necessary Roughness, but you can catch her in an amazing new role this weekend with Lifetime's Thinspiration. She plays Joey, whose whole family is sorely tested when daughter Hannah (Laura Slade Wiggins) battles anorexia. Along with her husband Michael (Marcus Giamatti) and son Leo (Brendan Meyer), Joey fights for Hannah's life.

BFTV had the pleasure of speaking with Callie recently to discuss the film, and going from a cult hit TV show to a hard-hitting movie.

Jason Bateman: Greatest Career Resurrection Ever?

7/7/2011 3:00pm EDT
jason bateman
One of the biggest stars in Hollywood right now was practically living in obscurity 15 years ago. The second act of Jason Bateman’s career is almost as unbelievable as it is well-deserved. After a career-boosting (heck, career-reviving) role on Fox’s short-lived sitcom “Arrested Development,” Bateman has become ubiquitous in Hollywood comedies and pretty much synonymous with the passive-aggressive straight man character. This weekend, his new movie “Horrible Bosses” opens nationwide co-starring Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey. The cast, which mi...
