Sandra Bullock's ex-husband Jesse James will make his television comeback this week as part of a new motorcycle-building special.

The reality TV star, who first gained popularity on long running series Monster Garage, will appear on American Chopper Live - The Build-Off on the Discovery network for a two-night run beginning on Monday.

And James hopes the project will help him re-establish his reputation among fans, who took aim at the mechanic in 2010 for cheating on The Blind Side beauty during their five-year marriage.

Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James has been hit with a breach of contract lawsuit by his former lawyer over unpaid fees.

James, the owner of custom motorcycle firm West Coast Choppers, Inc. is accused of failing to pay $327,533 to law firm Keats McFarland & Wilson LLP, after hiring their services in 2001 to protect his intellectual property rights.

Lawyers represented James until April 2007, but he has allegedly yet to hand over the cash for his attorneys' work. They have now resorted to legal action against James, and filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.

Former Monster Garage host Jesse James is being sued by a U.S. man who claims the star failed to deliver a custom-made car he purchased for $420,000.

Michael B. Jones of Omaha, Nebraska alleges he agreed to pay between $250,000 - $350,000 for a "sleek and low-slung custom" 1949 Cadillac Sedanette from James through his company, West Coast Choppers, Inc.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, alleges breach of contract, fraud and seeks a return of $422,680 Jones says he paid James, plus interest and damages.

Sandra Bullock's husband and Monster Garage host and co-producer Jesse James has been fined $271,250 for violating California's clean-air rules.

The fine was imposed by the California Air Resources Board, which alleges 50 of James' custom-built chopper bikes violated rules by not having state certified emissions equipment on their exhaust systems.
