Hip-Hop entertainer Snoop Dogg is a changed man. But then, given his longevity in the Hip-Hop game, as part of a chosen selected few an evolution would be evident in Snoop's musical journey. The occasion is marked this week with the release of his tenth studio album, Malice N Wonderland. It solidifies Snoop as an entertainer who has come full circle, confident in himself as a performer and as a recognized recording enterta...

Girls Get Makeovers On 'Top Model,' Jessica Is Sent Home

March 12th, 2009 8:54am EDT
America
It's time, once again, for America's Next Top Model makeovers. Of course, Tyra Banks had to add some crazy (since last week was seriously lacking) with cheesy 'Mission Impossible' themed dialogue. Its cycle 12 Tyra, just cut the girls' hair already!

Here's a quick list of what happened to all the potential models.

Jessica: She needed an edge, according to Tyra, so they cut a few inches off her hair and gave it some more body and curl.

Sandra: The Mohawk needed to go, so they cut it off and dyed her hair blonde.

Allison: Her mousy brown hair turned into a long blonde weav...

November 18th, 2008 11:22am EST
Prison Break
Things are starting to heat up on "Prison Break" as the ol' gang inches closer towards uncovering the secrets of Scylla. The double crosses will continue to pile up, and in true "Prison Break" fashion, the body count probably will as well. Before all that though, there is a matter of drilling. Lots more drilling.

Where is Tom Cruise when you need him?

Michael (Wentworth Miller) needs surgery (remember that massive tumor that he has growing on that freakishly genius brain of his?) and he is refusing to get it. Mahone (William Fichtner) tries to convince him to go get the tumor ...

The Fall Of The Great American TV Theme Song

March 13th, 2008 2:30pm EDT
Green Acres
What happened to it? A catchy, sing-a-long theme song used to be part of the fun of watching a show. A great theme song could get you excited and in the mood to watch a show. Sometimes the theme song was the best part of a bad show. A theme song that caught your attention could get you to check out a show you weren't normally watching.

Theme songs used to tell what the show was about, like The Brady Bunch. The opening was the only way viewers knew the show was about a stepfamily. We would never have known WHY Gilligan and the gang were on the island or HOW those Hillbillies made it to...

Starpulse Talks Overexposed Celebrities

November 7th, 2007 3:05pm EST
Britney Spears
Quick-name Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's last five movies in chronological order. You probably can't. Even if you're a bona fide movie buff, it probably still took a few seconds.

Now name five facts about their personal life. Name six. Name 10. Easy as pie.

Even the most original ideas can become stale with overexposure. Songs that once sounded fresh, inspiring and catchy often transform into noise not unlike fingernails down a chalkboard. The same applies to the faces we see time and time again, from our television sets to the tabloids stacked up at grocery store checkouts.
