Anne Heche's Gold & Black Dress - Hot Or Not?

August 6th, 2009 1:58pm EDT
Anne Heche at Spread premiere
Motherhood is doing something good for Anne Heche. Check her out at the "Spread" Las Vegas premiere yesterday. What do you think of Anne's look?

Anne gave birth to son Atlas in March, just days before she finalized her divorced from ex-husband Coley Laffoon - the father of her seven-year-old son Homer. Anne pays $3,700 in monthly child support for Homer, as well as 75 percent of her son's private school tuition.

Anne and Atlas' dad, James Tupper, met on the set of Men in Trees.

Anne Heche Eager For Tupper To Finalize Divorce

January 28th, 2009 3:07pm EST
Anne Heche
Pregnant actress Anne Heche is reportedly urging her married actor boyfriend James Tupper to divorce his wife - so they can welcome their first child together as a legitimate couple.

The pair met when they were cast as on-screen lovers on the set of axed drama Men In Trees. They went public with their romance in 2007, after Heche filed for divorce from her then-husband, Coley Laffoon, the father of her six-year-old son Homer. And now the actress is eager for Tupper to finalize his split from Katherine Mayfield, almost two years after he filed a petition for divorce.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith
It is widely acknowledged that workplace romances are a definite no-no; clearly, some famous actors and actresses didn't get the memo. From classic romantic duos Bogey/Bacall and Spencer/Tracy to contemporary pairings like "Bennifer" and "Brangelina", since the inception of cinema, thespians have taken on-set relationships from reel-life to real-life.

Julia Roberts and Kiefer Sutherland's hearts skipped a beat while filming Flatliners (1990). Tom Cruise admired a young Aussie actress named Nicole Kidman and had her cast opposite him in Days of Thunder. The movie Seven ended with Gwynet...

Jim Boggia's 'Misadventures in Stereo' Out Aug. 5

August 3rd, 2008 3:30pm EDT
Jim Boggia
Misadventures In Stereo, the third album by widely lauded singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Jim Boggia, is unmistakably the work of a true believer and pop craftsman who's closely acquainted with music's capacity for transcendent uplift. His confessional, deeply personal lyrics tap into the deepest and most universal of human emotions. Born blind in one eye and with limited vision in the other, Boggia grew up an only child with an acutely developed ear for music. His early fascination for such iconoclastic pop classics as the Kinks' Village Green Preservation Society, Nilsson Sings N...

Our Favorite Fictional TV Towns

May 22nd, 2008 8:30am EDT
South Park
Many television series are based in real-life cities (Full House - San Francisco; Family Matters - Chicago; and Beverly Hills, 90210 - Beverly Hills). Even though several TV towns are fictional, TV fans can't help but wonder what it'd be like to live there.

Here's a look at some of our favorite fictional TV towns:

Stars Hollow, Connecticut (Gilmore Girls)

Stars Hollow, which was founded in 1779, is a small town in Connecticut that's home to some very eccentric characters. From Rory and Lorelai Gilmore (Lauren Graham), to the grouchy Luke Danes and the always stranger Kirk, ther...

Celebrity Horoscope: Gemini

May 22nd, 2008 8:30am EDT
Angelina Jolie
Gemini (May 22-June 21) are said to have a dual nature. The astrological symbol for Gemini is the Roman numeral for two, representing twins and duality.

Twin sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are Geminis. Last year the 21-year-old power duo earned $17 million, and they are planning on releasing a coffee table book about their fashion inspirations.

Gemini can be fickle. Those born under this sign represent the yin and the yang, or the law of opposites. It can be no coincidence that Anne Heche is a Gemini. She famously dated Ellen DeGeneres but later married a man. She di...

Back from the Dead: TV Shows That Survived Cancellation

May 8th, 2008 8:22am EDT
Jericho
Shows are canceled all the time. This time the victim was "Men In Trees," a show that jumped timeslots, disappeared for months at a time, and was finally put out of its misery by ABC. It wasn't exactly a surprise the network canceled it. Who knew it was still on? (Fans can catch the final few episodes when it airs again beginning May 28.)

But what doesn't happen all the time is second chances. Once a television show is canceled (a.k.a. axed, yanked, cut, punted, escorted off the premises, etc.) by its network, it ceases to exist. Normally, that is the case...but not always. After al...

Family Ties
Family Ties, a wildly popular 80's show about an Ohio family, originally premiered on NBC Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m. in 1982. Steve and Elyse Keaton (Michael Gross, Meredith Baxter-Birney) were products of the 60's love and peace hippie movement. They were smart and professional; Elyse was an architect and Steve was in public television. Their politics were liberal.

Oddly enough, their offspring included the ultra-conservative Alex (Michael J. Fox), who was into all things Wall Street and Republican, and Mallory (Justine Bateman), who was an airhead into designer jeans and boys who were ...
