Contest winner Peg (Katey Sagal) gets to spend a week with TV aerobics instructor Jim Jupiter (Tom Lahm), "The Healthiest Man in Chicago." Though she hates to exercise, Peg is thrilled to be in close quarters with the handsome and muscular Mr. Jupiter -- while her husband Al (Ed O'Neill) dismisses the man as a "fruit loop." Unexpectedly, the week turns into a war of wills between Peg and Jupiter, with Peg working overtime to convert the man to her slothful, self-indulgent lifestyle -- with shocking results.
