The townsfolk of Walnut Grove are in an uproar when a local Indian chief, Spotted Wolf (Guillermo San Juan), jumps his reservation to lead his people out of town. When Spotted Wolf suffers a stroke, his son Little Crow (Nick Ramus) seeks out help from the white townspeople -- but to no avail.
