'Man Of Steel' Sequel Reportedly Fast-Tracked For 2014 Release

The success of Superman re-boot Man of Steel over its opening weekend, pulling in a record $113.1 million (not including the $12 million from Thursday night screenings), can mean only one thing... a sequel.

Not surprisingly, Warner Bros Pictures has already greenlit a sequel to the film and is reportedly fast-tracking it for a 2014 release.

The studio reportedly already has a deal in place to bring back director Zack Snyder; and screenwriter David S. Goyer's deal is said to include not just penning "Man of Steel," but writing the film's sequel AND the highly anticipated "Justice League" m...

For superhero fans, there's only one thing in this world that could possibly be more exciting than "The Avengers": a Justice League movie. Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and the rest of DC Comics' legendary heroes, all in one film? Superhero nirvana.

With "The Avengers" blasting away box office records, that dream may finally become a reality. So we thought now would be the perfect time to reveal our dream cast for "The Justice League." Because someone needs to assemble these heroes, and it might as well be us.

When Marvel Studios decided to put together next year's mega blockbuster "The Avengers," they made the bold choice to include all the actors and characters from their other superhero franchises, including "Iron Man"'s Robert Downey Jr., "Captain America"'s Chris Evans and "Thor"'s Chris Hemsworth. The ambitious shared world continuity is like nothing seen on film before and it has led comic book fans to pretty much go out of their skulls with rapture.

On the Cartoon Network, there are so many programs that appeal to just about every type of animation connoisseur. Late nights you can catch re-runs of "Family Guy" or get thugged out and righteous by watching Riley and Huey on "The Boondocks."
