This week in reality TV was fun as most shows are in the middle of their season or wrapping up and we are starting to get to the good stuff. With the fall season beginning, network TV is starting to show more fictional television but the cable networks are sticking to their reality schedule and that is why I rarely watch network television.

Jon and Kate Gosselin's nanny Stephanie Santoro has come forward in a shocking interview to admit that she and Jon shared a steamy affair - although he wasn't that great in bed!

In Touch Weekly shared the interview with PopEater, in which she details how they first became involved: "...their steamy fling began one night with an innocent phone call where Jon asked her to come over. During the Hot Topic segment, Kate defended her decision to keep filming after the media invasion and pending divorce.

She explained, "I could stop and I would still have all of the flack and the lack of a paycheck. I'm a single mom, and now more than ever I need to be out there working hard," Kate said. "My focus is supporting my children and whatever way that [is]... I'm going to do it."

Although Reality TV is supposed to be real it is actually intended to help people escape reality and laugh at other people's misadventures. The trashier the concept the better the show, except some of those VH1 shows are obnoxious.

I am more about shows like "The Real World," "My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance," or my new favorite show "Rehab: Party at the Hard Rock Hotel."

Project Runway fashion guru Tim Gunn recently slammed Jon Gosselin's fashion taste. The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star is often spotted wearing Ed Hardy clothes and items that aren't the proper size.

Gunn tells Usmagazine.com, "In his case, everything is too big. It is what I refer to as the slobification of America. If you want to dress to feel as though you never got out of bed, then don't get out of bed."

Last night police were called to Jon & Kate Gosselin's home in Pennsylvania after the estranged pair got into a heated argument, according to Us magazine.

Kate reportedly went to the house during Jon's time to be with the kids because she didn't approve of the babysitter. No arrests were made, but the couple argued at the fence of the home. Kate later checked into a hotel.

Earlier in the day Kate appeared on the "Live! With Regis and Kelly" show and said she and Jon would never get back together.

When you open the doors to your world and let television cameras capture your daily routine, it's hard to maintain a normal life. Especially if you are a celebrity couple broadcasting your relationship for the public to scrutinize. Star magazine senior reporter Kate Major resigned this morning, citing a conflict of interest between her reporting duties and her relationship with "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star Jon Gosselin, according to Starmagazine.com.

Major was spotted with Gosselin in a New York City restaurant a few days ago and later had dinner in the Hamptons with Jon, Michael Lohan, and Bravo reality star Jill Zarin.

TLC posted the biggest primetime audience in its history on Monday night, as "Jon & Kate Plus 8" averaged a whopping 10.6 million viewers, according to Variety.

In the heavily-hyped episode Jon and Kate Gosselin confirmed that they had filed for divorce. "Jon & Kate's" previous high was 9.8 million viewers, for its season five premiere episode at the end of May.

The show is currently on hiatus in the wake of the couple's divorce filings, but it is expected to return with new episodes on Aug. 3.

Us Weekly reports "Jon & Kate Plus 8" mom Kate Gosselin limited her husband Jon to just $5 a day for allowance. A source close to the family also revealed Kate was ungrateful when her father-in-law gave the family a 14-passenger van.

Jon stated on Monday's season premiere of the show that he quit working to be a stay-at-home dad. According to the magazine, Jon didn't leave his company Style Craft because they wouldn't insure his sextuplets. Instead, he was fired for misusing company resources.
