Produced by Steven Spielberg, Into the West explores the American West through the eyes of settlers and Native Americans. Each of these groups has distinct points of view on the state of affairs during the period from 1825 to 1890. Throughout the series, the two groups experience historical and cultural events that eventually lead to an "epic clash of culture." The series has a large cast, including Sean Astin, Tom Berenger, Beau Bridges, Gary Busey, Rachael Leigh Cook, Judge Reinhold, Keri Russell, and Skeet Ulrich.
