House (Hugh Laurie) has a hard time hiding his disdain for humanitarian doctor Sebastian Charles (Ron Livingston) as he treats the man for a possible case of TB. Already a worldwide celebrity, Charles wins even more admirers when he refuses to take medicine as an act of protest against the appalling medical conditions in the Third World--a noble gesture that makes House despise Charles all the more! Somehow or other, this situation spills over into the relationship between House and Cameron (Jennifer Morriason).
